sweet potato casserole

Ingredients sweet potato casserole


3 can sweet potatoes large
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp flour
1 cup pecans
1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour

how to make sweet potato casserole


Drain potatoes and cube 1/3 cup butter.


Place both in large microwavable bowl and heat until butter is melted.


Mash potatoes and add sugar and salt.


Beat eggs and add vanilla and 2 tsp flour. Mix thoroughly.


Grease casserole dish and pour in potato mixture.


Mix 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup butter and brown sugar by hand with fork until crumbly.


Add pecans, and pour over potatoes.


Bake for 35 min at 350°F.
