Ingredients sigs iced coffee

1 cup good strong black coffee
1 ice cube
2 scoops of best vanilla icecream
1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
1 good squirt of cream from can
1 large glass
2 straws
1 tsp for eating icecream and cream.
1 pinch generous of fresh cracked or ground cardamom

how to make sigs iced coffee

put icecube into large glass,make the coffee, chill to between hot and lukewarm.Pour over the icecube ,about 3/4 full .Add the icecream the liqieur if using and top with the cream,sprinkle with cardamom .Add the straws and a spoon and enjoy.

if you don't want to use cream from can, use whipped cream to decorate top in a pretty fashion
