Ingredients potato salad with spicy buttery flavour
SPICY BUTTER
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp fine chili powder
1 dash garlic powder
garnish
1 dash salt and pepper
4 medium potato
how to make potato salad with spicy buttery flavour
In pot with water bring it to a boil then add potato and simmer for 15 minute then drain
Once cooled peel potato skin and cut in chunk
Melt butter in pan and toss cut potato and onion in and coat it
Add fine chili powder and mix well then serve immediately and top with salt and black pepper
I did this without onion today, SPICY BUTTER POTATOES
