Ingredients ms bs sweet potato pie
1 premade uncooked pie crust
3 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 1/2 cup sweet potato (mashed)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup half & half or milk
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
how to make ms bs sweet potato pie
preheat oven to 325
place pie shell in pie pan all the way to top.
in a bowl blend cream cheese and sugar. set aside.
in another bowl combine rest of ingredients.
blend cream cheese mix in with sweet potato mix.
pour into pie shell to almost the top.
bake for about 1 hour or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
let cool and serve or serve a little warm.
great with whipped cream or cool whip on top!
