Ingredients crockpot shrimp and grits
6 cup Chicken Broth
3/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Quick cooking grits
1 Green pepper chopped
1/2 cup Red pepperchopped
6 Green onions chopped
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 lb Shrimp peeled and cleaned
2 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup Shredded monterey jack cheese
2 can Diced tomatoes and green chilis drained
1/4 tsp Cayene pepper

Combine chicken broth, salt and grits in crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
2 hours before serving saute peppers, onions, garlic and shrimp in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
Add this mixture to the crockpot along with the cheeses, tomatoes and chilis and cayene.
Continue to cook on high for additional 2 hours.
