Ingredients country salisbury steak

1 packages stove top chicken stuffing
1 1/4 cup water
3/4 cup diced onion
1 1/2 lb ground beef or vension
1 salt and pepper as desired

preheat oven to 375

mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and onions in a bowl

mix until well blended

shape into 6 oval shaped patties

place on cookie sheet

bake for 25 mins or so...
