Ingredients chocolate cherry dessert shots
1 packages 3 oz. cherry flavor gelatin
2 tbsp Water
1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
3 Squares bakers chocolate
12 Maraschino cherries or one for each ice cube tray

Spray ice cube tray with cooking spray. Set aside.
Boil water in microwave
Mix in gelatin during at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved
Microwave milk and chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until melted,
Combine milk and jello, adding liqueur
stir together and pour in ice cube tray
Place a cherry in center of each cube
Refrigerate 3 hours until set. Run a knife around the edges to loosen
