1 1/2 cup of flour ( it did not say what kind of flour but I used all purpose flour)
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt

mix all together and store in a zip lock bag. you can also put it in a mason jar and decorate the jar for gifting.

write the instructions on the bag or on a piece of paper attached to the mason jar. write instructions: add 1 stick soften butter, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. mix and bake the cookies at 350°F for 9 - 10 minutes.
