Ingredients apple sauce
6 large apples cut into chunks
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 juice from 1 lime
1 enough water to cover half the depth of the apples in pan
how to make apple sauce
add all ingredients to pan and bring to boil stirring occasionally.
lower temp to medium heat, then let cook until chunks of apples start falling apart. About 1Hour
then using a potato smasher smash until no chunks left.
place in plastic container with lid in refridgerator until ready to serve..
ATTN: this is not a canning recipe, will last in refridgerator for up to 1 week....
