Ingredients yogurt fried chicken
marinade
1 1/2 pints plain yogurt
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 cup sr flour
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
how to make yogurt fried chicken
in a Ziploc bag add chicken thighs and yogurt marinate over night in refrigerator
take flour amd spices mix in a container you can dredge the chicken in after dredging let rest make sure you have coated the yogurt covered chicken deep fry
