2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cup leftover vegetables meat fish or cereal
2 tsp salt if salty leftover is used less salt will be needed.

Melt the butter, add the flour, and stir until smooth; add the milk and stir until it thickens.
Butter a baking dish and place the leftover in the bottom.
Beat the eggs until light. Add sugar, salt and pepper
Pour the white sauce over the eggs which have been beaten light.
Stir together and pour the mixture over the leftover.
Bake one hour in an oven which registers 325° to 350° F.
