500 grams water
60 grams sugar
200 grams butter
300 grams flour
5 grams salt
6 eggs

how to make profiteroles


boil a pot of the water, sugar butter ant salt,stir with wooden spoon to consolidate.


reduce the flame and add the flour.

drizzle on baking peper and place in the oven


oven, start with 180°-200° for 10min, after that transfer to 150°
