Ingredients pattys sweet potato pie
2 can sweet potatos
1 cup Brown Sugar
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup Heavy cream
2 tbsp vanilla
2 pie crust of your choice

Mix everything but crust well.
Pre heat oven at 350.
Add sweet potato mix to crust. filling up to the top.
Bake at 350 for an hour. or until its set. and not runny in the center.
Let cool. serve with whipped cream
My kids love it.
