Ingredients maes baked potato casserole
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
1 small onion finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp butter
2 cup shredded cheese
1 packages 12. ounce bacon cooked crispy crumbled
how to make maes baked potato casserole
boil potatoes in skins until tender, but firm
peel and slice , layer half potato slices in bottom of 9x9 inch glass baking pan
dot with half of butter
dot with half sour cream
crumble half bacon
add half of chopped onion
sprinkle chives
top with cheese
add second layer of potatoes
repete steps ending with cheese
cover with lid
cook in micriwave on high for 15 minutes until cheese is melted
or you may bake in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes til cheese is golden and bubbly.
