1/2 cup olive oil
1 head garlic
2 tbsp granulated garlic
3 tbsp dry basil
1 carrot diced small
1 tsp red pepper flakes
4 can 6 oz each tomato paste
2 can 28 oz each crushed tomatoes
1 quart stock more if needed
1 lb ground chuck meat
2 lb ground pork shoulder plus the bone
4 italian sausage

use large stock pot.
start with olive oil add meat brown
