gingerbread cookies

Ingredients gingerbread cookies


1 1/2 cup unsulphured molasses
3 stick butter
8 cup flour
2 tbsp double-acting baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 tsp ground ginger
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp allspice
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs

how to make gingerbread cookies


Pre-heat oven to 350°F


Melt butter


Mix butter and molasses


Mix in eggs and brown sugar


Add dry ingredients


Knead dough


Put dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes


Use cookie cutters or roll into balls


Bake around 12 minutes
