Ingredients fresh mexican corn cobbette salad with avocado dressing
1 large bowl of fresh mixed spring salad
2 diced roma tomatoes
1/3 finely diced purple onion
1/2 finely diced jalapeno
1 bunch chopped cilantro
1 tbsp tajin seasoning
1 pinch garlic salt
1 pinch pepper
1/3 cup mexican cheese of choice
1 can mini corn cobs
1 cup tortilla strips
avocado dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
1 avocado
1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1/2 lime squeezed
how to make fresh mexican corn cobbette salad with avocado dressing
wash spring mix set in bowl. wash & rinse mini corn cobs drain & cut add to lettuce. Chop all other ingredients needed add spices, & garnish with cheese.
Dressing: Add all ingredients to blender taste for seasoning . add to salad top with tortilla strips.
