Hollandaise Sauce
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice or to taste
1/2 tsp white pepper or fine black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp seasoned salt or to taste
1 dash paprika
