Ingredients delectable honey pineapple chicken
3 lb boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp oil (for browning chicken)
20 oz can of unsweetened crushed pineapple undrained
1 cup packed brown sugar or more to taste
1/2 cup honey more to taste
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tsp soy sauce
1 white rice

Remove excess fat from chicken
Brown chicken in oil on both sides; transfer to crockpot
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken
cover and cook on low about 3 hours or until meat is tender. serve over white rice
