1 slice White Bread
1 slice Ham
1 Egg
1 Grated Cheese

Preheat oven to 180 celsius
Remove the crusts of the bread slice
Coat muffin pan with slice of bread
Add the ham
Break the egg, let out a little of egg white and add the egg (using all the egg white will overfill)
Season to taste and add grated cheese
Bake for about 15 minutes
