Pork
1 kg Fatty belly pork
2 Limes
1 Rough salt
how to make crispy roast belly pork
Wash belly pork. Dab dry. With a sharp skewer pork holes on skin. Squeeze limes on skin. Rub salt and evenly on skin.
Referate uncovered minimum 12 hours to dry skin.
Bake in broiler at 180°C for 45-60 mins. Increase to 200°C to crackle the skin. When skin evenly crackled it is done.
Remove from heat and let the roast rest for min. 30 mins.
