Ingredients creamy hash brown casserole


1/4 cup butter
16 oz Sour cream
10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion chopped
8 oz shredded cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
30 oz pkg frozen hash browns
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 cup crushed potato chips

how to make creamy hash brown casserole


In a small skilllet melt butter over medium heat


Add onion, and cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until soft


Pour mixture into large bowl


Add sour cream, cream of celery soup, cheese, garlic powder, hashbrowns, salt and pepper.


Combine until well blended


Pour mixture into buttered baking dish


Top with crushed potato chips and bake for 45 min at 350*
