Ingredients citrus cajun salmon
1 side of salmon; deboned
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp ground oregano
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 salt and pepper
1 orange zest to garnish
how to make citrus cajun salmon
Place salmon in saute pan or roasting pan with skin side down (skinless works).
Pour OJ over salmon. Cover with seasoning.
Roast at 400° approximately 25 minutes or until desired doneness
Variations; other citrus juices and zests, fresh herbs, smoked paprika
