2 cup pancake batter (i used hungry jack
1 water
1/2 cup cinnamon chip

mix water with batter to the consistency you wish ,add in chips and mix ,add more if you wish
heat up pan on med.,when ready spray with cooking spray and put in batter by tblsp full ,make them med. size .flip when they bubble and check sides to test doneness and take out ,continue until done and add on your favorite toppings ,I put some more chips and butter and syrup
