Ingredients chinese buffalo wings with thai sweet chili flavour
6 chicken wing and drumette
DRY RUB
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp salt
4 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp fine chili powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
THAI SWEET CHILI SAUCE
1 cup thai sweet chili sauce
4 clove fine dice garlic
5 small fine dice shallot
1 deseeded fine dice red chili pepper
1 cup dice spring onion

MARINATE CHICKEN
marinate chicken with dry rub then set aside for 30 minute
DEEP FRY CHICKEN
deep fry chicken till lightly brown and crispy for about 5 minute or longer depending on the thickness and size of the chicken
THAI SWEET CHILI SAUCE
in pan pour sauce and bring to a boil then off heat and set aside
once cool add spring onion and toss fried chicken and serve immediately
