chicken kelaguen

Ingredients chicken kelaguen


3 lb chicken breast
1/2 cup lemmon juice
6 small hot peppers (optional)
1 cup coconut (grated)
1 tbsp salt

how to make chicken kelaguen


Cut chicken in half and sprinkle with salt. Place in a broiler pan or grill over charcoal. Broil for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over and broil 5 minutes more.


De-bone and chop or grind chicken.


Throughly mix chicken with remaining ingredients in a bowl.


Add more lemon juice and salt to desired taste.


Chill at least one hour.


Served on chilled lettuce leaf, corn or flour tortillas.
