chicken fried rice

Ingredients chicken fried rice


8 small pieces of chicken
2 tbsp LG FRIED SHALLOT OIL or any oil
1 onion
1 cup cooked leftover white rice
MARINATE CHICKEN
1 dash black pepper
1 dash lg szechuan pepercorn salt (optional)
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
GARNISH
1 tsp LG FRIED SHALLOT (optional)
2 tbsp dice spring onion

how to make chicken fried rice


MARINATE CHICKEN


marinate chicken for 2 minute


FRIED RICE


in pan with oil brown chicken till no longer pink about 3 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the chicken then pour sauce onto chicken and add rice and stir fry


fried rice for another 2 minutes till sauce are dry up


off heat and top garnish
