Ingredients beef tips in mushroom sauce
3 lb certified angus beef stew meat
1 can @10 3/4 oz.cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can 7-up or sprite
how to make beef tips in mushroom sauce
put meat into crock pot.pour the soup over the meat, put in soup mix,then add your 7-up or sprite.
cook on low heat for 8-10 hrs.at the least cook for 4 hrs.
turn off heat,and let stand for 30 min.
serve over rice or noodles.
