Ingredients baked tomato and egg


OPTIONAL CHEEESY TOPPING
6 small cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup mix ( mozarella chedder and parmesan cheese )
1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
1 tsp fine chili powder
FRIED EGGS
1/4 cup coconut oil or any oil
2 egg
1 dash salt

how to make baked tomato and egg


in pan with coconut oil fry egg and rain before egg white is set but yolk is runny


put cooked fried eggs on baking tray then top cherry tomato then cheese and herbs


broil it for 10 minute till cheese melted and top with fine chili powder and serve
