Ingredients annies naughty chicken rub
1 1/2 kg chicken thighs
3 tbsp smoked paprika
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tsp chicken stock

preheat oven 200·C
mix smoked paprika, sugar,pepper and chicken stock in small bowl.
mix/rub over chicken
cook for 25-30mins or until when pricked with skewer juices run clear
