Ingredients abuelita mexican cookies
2 cup flour
1 bar shaved abuelita chocolate=3/4cup
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp instant cappuccino mix
1 cup softened unsalted butter
topping
4 tbsp abuelita chocolate
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
how to make abuelita mexican cookies
preheat oven 350 & parchment line a baking sheet
shave your chocolate bar and strain it to another bowl.reserve 4tbs for topping of cookie.
add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cocoa, & cappuccino mix to abuelita chocolate set aside.
add softened butter & sugars together cream well about 2minutes till fluffy, add in vanilla & 1 egg at a time.Now incorporate flour mixture mix well. scoop with cookie scooper to baking pan.I press a little with 2 fingers gently.
mix toppings together sprinkle on cookies bake 13-14 minutes enjoy!
